ITEM CONDITION

NEW | New parts and minifigures are new. They have never been played with or used. Minifigures will be packaged as found when inventoried, this most often will be unassembled.
USED | Used parts may vary in condition. All used parts are washed on site, before added to our inventory. Minifigures will be assembled. We try to notate significant dents, scratches or damage. Discoloration is common in older parts, especially with Grays and White items. We recommend that you purchase new items rather than used for these colors, if you are looking for items without any discoloration.

FEES

Sadly, there is no funtionality for a minimum order fee on BirckOwl, so we are forced to impose a minimum order amount. The minimum order amount is $5.00.
Since there are no options for requesting individually bagged lots/items, all items will be shipped in as few bags as possible ("Economy"). Our standard fee is $0.05 per lot (different item) for items bagged by type ("Standard"), or a $0.25 per lot (different item) fee per lot for items bagged by lot ("Individually Packed"). If you prefer this attention to be given to your shipment, and want your order separated out into different bags for when you recevie your package, please choose to request an invoice, and we will invoice your order a shipping amount based on what you request, either "Standard Pack" or "Individually Packed".

PAYMENT

Currenly we accept payment through Paypal or Debit/Credit processing.
Payment is expected to be received within 5 business days after the invoice is issued. Delayed payments may be subject to cancelation.

RETURNS

All returns must be approved, and are subject to a 15% fee

SALES TAX

Sales will be charged based on the buyer's shipping location. Sales tax charges will apply to the whole order including shipping and handling.

PACKING

Parts will be bagged and then shipped in bubble mailers or boxes depending on the size of weight. New and Used parts will be bagged separately prior to shippment. If you have any requirements for packing, please notate these at the time your order.

ORDER ERRORS

Errors happen, but we are happy to correct any mistakes. Please contact us if you have a problem.
If a part is ordered that is not available (perhaps due to an error when listing inventory), you will be notified. We will provide you with options on how you wish to proceed. If we do not hear back from you in the specified time, the part will be removed from your order along with the cost of the part and shipping related costs for that part, and the remainer of the order will be shipped.

FEEDBACK

We will not solicit for feedback or for our buyers to change feedback in our favor, we ask them to use the feedback system how it was designed and according to Bricklink's terms. However, we love to receive personal feedback.
